Studio Policy

By enrolling at Musze Studio, students agree to the following policies.

1. Payments and Bookings

• Lessons must be paid monthly in advance, before the 1st of each month.
• Unpaid slots may be released without notice.
• Students manage all bookings, reschedules, and replacements via the scheduling system.
• Lessons must be booked at least 36 hours in advance.
• Lessons may be attended online or in person within the same month.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48-hour cancellation policy: lessons canceled within 48 hours are fully charged, including illness.
• No-shows or arrivals 15 minutes late without notice are considered completed lessons.
• Lessons canceled before 48 hours may be reused within the same month (before expiry).
• All replacements depend on studio availability.
• Special Flexibility: Each student has 2 late-cancellation chances per year (including same-day cancellation).
• After these are used, late-canceled lessons are forfeited and converted into a 45-minute self-practice session.

3. Lesson Expiry

• All lesson and self-practice credits expire at the end of each month.
• A maximum of 1 lesson credit may be carried forward to the next month.
• Additional unused credits are forfeited.

4. Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable.

5. Pausing Lessons

• Students may pause lessons for 1 month only.
• To pause, students pay: RM50 pausing fee (non-refundable) to secure their slot, and next month's lesson fee in advance (used when lessons resume).
• Each student may pause once per year.
• A second pause request in the same year will result in the slot being released for new students.
• If a student needs to pause for more than 1 month, the slot will be released.
• When they return, they must check for available slots.
• When returning, the student will need to re-enroll and pay the standard registration fee to secure a new slot.

6. Tardiness

• The teacher may cancel or reschedule lessons.
• Replacement lessons will be arranged where possible.

7. Teacher Adjustments

• Late arrivals do not extend lesson time.
• If the teacher runs late, the student receives full lesson duration.

8. Holidays

• Lessons are not automatically canceled on public holidays.
• Studio closures will be announced in advance.
• Holiday-related changes follow the cancellation policy.

9. Content & Privacy

• Lessons may be recorded for educational tracking only.
• Student content will only be published for promotion with consent.
• Requests to remove content will be respected.
• Personal data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

10. Enrollment Rights

• Musze Studio reserves the right to accept or decline students at its discretion.
